MERCHANT APPLICATION
Booth locations are limited in
quantity. We try to
accommodate every merchant’s requested booth size and location but are
not always able to do so. Booth
assignments will be based on *prompt payment in full*.
Please do not send money with your application, if you are accepted to the marketplace, you will be invoiced.
Dias
Festivos Marketplace 2010 will be held: Friday, December 3rd through Sunday,
December 5th. Merchants
must schedule their booth set up for Thursday, December 2nd.
The Dias Festivos
Marketplace shopping hours are tentatively set for: Friday 12-6, Saturday 9-6, Sunday 11-5.
Booth dismantling is not
allowed before 5pm on Sunday.
Booth
fees for each 10’ x 10’ space are: Standard
$600, Corner $700, Prime $800.
One
electrical outlet and
pipe & drape are
included.
All Merchant Applications go through a review process; selections
are made to achieve the best variety of gifts, food, artwork and crafts. If your Merchant
Application is approved, you will receive a Contract and Invoice which must be returned with your tax certificate
and full payment to the Junior League of McAllen.
A separate mailing will contain information from the event
decorators: FCD (Fiesta Convention Decorators).
